Applying Reconciliation in Your WorkplaceA facilitated step-by-step process designed to assist businesses/organizations in incorporating reconciliation principles within their corporate culture (organizational/structural processes) and begin the process of applying these principles into their day-to-day work and/or social enterprise activities.
A phased plan, supported by a series of facilitated sessions, will walk businesses/organizations through a strategic pillar approach:
Clear Direction will document this process and provide regular updates to assist in guiding a business’ or organization’s work/progress. |
External EngagementFor businesses or organizations that decide to take the next step in Reconciliation.
Should a business/organization want to reach out and propose to work with either the broader Indigenous community-at-large (i.e., in Winnipeg, Manitoba or Canada); or specific communities and/or demographics, Clear Direction can help. Clear Direction can provide guidance and advice in making connections and developing potential initiatives within specific or broader Indigenous communities. Clear Direction will work with said Indigenous communities and your business or organization to ensure both parties’ expectations are fully articulated, intentions are aligned, and needs are effectively met. |
ImplementationOnce your business or organization begins working with specific or broader Indigenous communities, Clear Direction can assist in monitoring, improving and/or enhancing that relationship. This could be done in a variety of ways, depending upon the wishes of the parties’ involved in the work.
