Kelly FrancisKelly Francis is a proud member of the Mohawks of Akwesasne and Partner at Clear Direction - Indigenous Consulting & Facilitation Services. Kelly worked both in First Nation communities and federal government for over 20 years prior to Clear Direction. In her role as Senior Advisor, Aboriginal Capacity Development with CMHC, Kelly met and worked with over 60 First Nations in the Prairie Region and in the Yukon working on issues such as First Nations homeownership, housing policy and housing maintenance and management. Kelly has education in Public Relations and Counselling, is a skilled facilitator and community engagement specialist and is currently working toward a degree in Indigenous Studies.

Rylan ReedRylan Reed is a Partner at Clear Direction - Indigenous Consulting & Facilitation Services. Rylan has a Master’s Degree in Indigenous Governance from the University of Winnipeg and has worked both with and for Indigenous communities and citizens for nearly 20 years. Rylan has worked within both the Federal and Manitoba Public Service over the course of his career including a stint as the Affordable Northern Housing Coordinator with Manitoba Housing Renewal Corporation and as a Senior Advisor, Aboriginal Capacity Development with CMHC. Rylan worked for Fox Lake First Nation located in northeastern Manitoba just prior to co-founding Clear Direction.
